    [fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?
    This is an employee-only event, please no guests at any of the leadership summit events.
    [fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?
    All RSVP's must be received by July 17, 2021!  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in this November event.
    [fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

    Yes, please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com with extension requests to ensure discounted group rate (and ability to stay in same room for entire stay) for your personal pre or post extension.  If you extension is personal it will be booked through the group rate but you will be asked at check-in to provide credit card for the additional night/nights. 

    If your unable to fly to your home destination due to lack of flights on Thursday after 1:30pm please reach out to Info@executivegrouptravel.com to help coordinate your extension for business purposes.

    [fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

    Please hold off booking flights until you receive an email to do so.  Once you receive an email, please book your flight to/from PHX airport and expense per our corporate travel policy.

    We ask all Leadership Summit attendees to arrive anytime on Monday and depart from PHX airport anytime starting at 2pm on Thursday.

    The executive team will be asked to arrive one day early on Sunday for Monday meetings.

    [fa icon="plus-square"] Are airport transfers provided in Scottsdale/Phoenix?

    FF will cover the cost of all airport transfers in Arizona, but will not be organizing transfers for attendees.   Please use uber/lyft/ or taxis and expense airport transfer costs following the event.

    Two options below that are recommended to get to/from the hotel.

    Uber/Lyft: Can only be ordered to designated areas for each terminal (varies); please note that it is usually a longer than average wait time due to Covid.  The average cost is approximately $35 depending on time of day.  

    Taxis - There are taxi stands located at each terminal. The average cost of a taxi from PHX airport to the Fairmont Scottsdale is $60.  

    If you are arriving with co-workers we do ask to rideshare to the hotel together.

    [fa icon="plus-square"] Will FinancialForce provide per diem or should we expense meals?
    FinancialForce will be providing meals throughout the day Tuesday and Wednesday and until Thursday at noon.  We ask you to expense Monday and Thursday travel days within our per diem travel meals policy.
    [fa icon="plus-square"] Do I have to book my own hotel?

    No, for the Leadership Summit's sponsored dates we have booked your room.  If you are looking to extend reach out to info@executivegrouptravel.com 

    [fa icon="plus-square"] Will I have my own room?
    Yes, everyone attending will have their own hotel room.
    [fa icon="plus-square"] Will FF cover my flight if I fly to/from somewhere other than home?
    You can choose to fly to/from alternate destinations on the weekend before or after but any additional flight costs will be your responsibility.  FF is covering to/from your home location and that flight cost is your covered budget.  If you choose alternate destinations, anything over that covered budget we ask you to cover.
    [fa icon="plus-square"] If the agenda changes, how will I stay updated?

    All updates will be communicated from the Leadership Summit distribution list through emails and updates will be made to this website.

    [fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

    All meetings are business casual.

    For those who enjoy fitness we recommend bringing along gym clothes.

    The evening events will be casual and outdoors.  With that said it can get cool in the evenings in Scottsdale in November so we recommend bringing a fleece or thin coast.  The average daytime temp is  74°F (23°C), but at night it can drop in the 50's.  

    Our goal is to eat all meals outside for the event so we recommend packing for mild weather.

    [fa icon="plus-square"] Will masks be required? What Covid precautions will the hotel have in place? What policies will our meeting follow?
